"The Large Flower Hybrid Curved Barbell has a total of 7 gems at 3mm each the setting is made out of 14k Gold and the Curved Barbell is made out of Surgical Steel. The Large Flower is permanently attached to the Curved Barbell and is about 7/16" in diameter. This piece gives you the option to have a Surgical Steel or a 14k Gold Gem Ball. This is also internally threaded for your comfort. The Flower settings can be made in either White or Yellow Gold."
