The Emerald setting is permanently attached to the Curved Barbell. This piece gives you the option to have a Surgical Steel or a 14k Gold Gem Ball too. These two metals fuse well together to give you solid piece. These are also internally threaded for your comfort and this setting can be made in either White or Yellow Gold.
